LevelM Pro Weighing function

Prevent overload with LevelM Pro's weighing function 

E&P offers an optional weighing function for the LevelM Pro levelling system. It can determine the axle weight and the vehicle’s gross weight with a maximum deviation of 4%, preventing the motorhome from being overloaded. As a result, it protects your motorhome from early wear of the chassis, as well as possible tire damage due to uneven loading. 

Carrying too much weight—or distributing it unevenly—can lead to premature wear of the chassis, increased fuel consumption, and tire damage. In extreme cases, it can even cause suspension problems or braking inefficiency. By giving you accurate feedback on the load status of your motorhome, the LevelM Pro weighing function ensures your vehicle remains compliant, reliable, and safe on every journey. 

The weighing function can either be installed during a new installation of the LevelM Pro system or added as an upgrade to an already existing LevelM Pro system. 

Please note: The weighing function is only compatible with LevelM Pro. It is not designed for use with other E&P systems or third-party levelling products. 

How it works 
  1. Use the LevelM Pro touch panel and select the weighing function.
  2. Watch the system automatically calculate the weight distribution around each hydraulic cylinder.
  3. Get the exact weight distribution per cylinder shown on the touch panel.

The weighing function is a software update that is installed on your E&P hydraulic levelling system and does not add more weight to your motorhome.
No, the weighing function is only designed for the LevelM Pro levelling system and is not compatible with other E&P products or levelling systems from other brands.
If you already have a LevelM Pro levelling system installed, the weighing function can be added as an upgrade. Contact us or your E&P dealer for details about retrofitting.
Regular recalibration is not required. The system is designed to deliver consistent results over time. However, if your motorhome undergoes major structural changes or modifications, a service check may be recommended.
