The LevelM Pro system sets the motorhome in a horizontal position intelligently and fully automatically and is significantly lighter than comparable systems thanks to its sophisticated mix of materials. The intelligent electronic controls from E&P are mounted centrally, outside the vehicle, in a robust box that protects them from various weather conditions & environmental influences. Optional weighing function

Vehicle compatibility

LevelM Pro is currently available for vehicles based on the Fiat Ducato, Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit. Further variants, such as for the MAN TGE and VW Crafter, are in the pipeline.

Is LevelM Pro compatible with Fiat Ducato?

LevelM Pro is currently available for motorhomes with a Fiat Ducato, Mercedes Sprinter, or Ford Transit base. We work continuously on making LevelM Pro available for more vehicle types, with Iveco Daily, VW Crafter, and MAN TGE in the pipeline. For other motorhomes, check out LevelM, E&P's hydraulic levelling system for nearly any vehicle and weight class.

Can I stand inside the motorhome when the level system is operating?

No, any movements could cause the hydraulic levelling sensor to go out of synchronisation. It is also very important that you can see what is going on around and underneath the motorhome for safety reasons.

Can I use LevelM Pro with an app?

As of now, LevelM Pro does not have an app. LevelM Pro is controlled with a touch panel whose docking station is mounted inside your motorhome.

Can I store my motorhome with the hydraulic levelling jacks down?

Yes, this is useful for protecting tyres during long periods of storage, but it will not completely stop tyre degradation. It also provides extra security against theft. However, please ensure the exposed cylinders on the jacks are suitably protected from the elements, to prevent corrosion. This can be done with silicon spray, or by wrapping the hydraulic jacks with a cloth material.

Can I operate the jacks if the LevelM Pro control system breaks during my vacation?

In case your touch panel is broken or out of battery, you can manually retract the levelling jacks by using the emergency controls in the touch panel docking station. If the emergency controls are not working, the cylinders’ hydraulic pressure can be lowered manually to enable you to retract the jacks and drive to the nearest dealer for servicing.

What if I forget to retract the motorhome levelling jacks before leaving?

Whilst you, the user, are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is safe to drive, there is an inbuilt safety feature ensuring the levelling system will only work when the hand brake is engaged. If you release the hand brake with the levelling jacks still deployed, whilst the ignition is on, an alarm will sound and the hydraulic jacks will retract immediately, to help prevent any damage.

Can I upgrade my LevelM system to LevelM Pro?

Since LevelM Pro uses new, upgraded cylinders, a new hydraulic pump, and modern control electronics, it is not possible to add it as an upgrade to LevelM. However, it is possible to upgrade your LevelM's control system if needed. For this, please get in touch with your dealer.
