FAQ

No, any movements could cause the hydraulic levelling sensor to go out of synchronisation. It is also very important that you can see what is going on around and underneath the motorhome for safety reasons.
Yes, this is useful for protecting tyres during long periods of storage, but it will not completely stop tyre degradation. It also provides extra security against theft. However, please ensure the exposed cylinders on the jacks are suitably protected from the elements, to prevent corrosion. This can be done with silicon spray, or by wrapping the hydraulic jacks with a cloth material.
LevelVan can be controlled with a control panel installed on the inside of your panel van. As of now, there is no app available to use with LevelVan.
Due to the simplified design of LevelVan, the system can be installed in less than one working day. Arrive at your installer, enjoy a day in the area or at our customer centre, and return with a finished install at the end of the day!
LevelVan is compatible with a Fiat Ducato X250 chassis, as well as the Mercedes Benz VS30 van. Unfortunately, LevelVan is not available for the Ford Transit since the brackets mounted to the chassis do not fit this model.
